If the content is weird, or the container is faulty, please contact the customer center (070-7860-2085) immediately or leave a message through ‘1:1 inquiry’. The complaint will be received by the consultant and personnel from a selected courier will visit the home of the customer to collect the product. When the product is returned, replacement or refund process will be completed following the inspection results of the product. However, if the product is deemed to be normal, it will be redelivered to the customer after notifying the customer of the inspection results. (Additional delivery fees may occur during redelivery.)
